toyota still using timing belts.. engineers need to pull their fingers out and replace them with timing chains..belts are expensive and unecessary in this day and age..just another way to get more $ from servicing

I have an older Toyota Tacoma (2nd generation) , the equivalent of Hilux on the American market. Gasoline engine 2.7 L under the hood, and 6 feet bed. Very reliable, drives excellent even now that it has 187,000 miles on the odometer. If you want a good truck that doesn't let you down get a Toyota.

Why the negative tone throughout the review? The Hilux is a workhorse and that is more important than fancy 'SUV style' gadgets. If you want an SUV then get one, if you want a reliable, solid, comfortable truck this is an excellent choice.

Navara is not a very good pick up they focused on comfortability so when u load the navara with heavy stuff at the bed it give out it will lower significantly

How come you don’t get the 2.8 diesel? That’s the only diesel choice in Australia and New Zealand. Much better engine. Nice and quiet. Great video!
