Amazing sir,, although I am not a medical student but I am understand whatever you teach us about ECG….thanks alot….

Can anybody explain to me why a positieve deflection is seen when the wave of depolarisation moves towards the positive elektrode. And why a negative deflection is seen when the depolarising wave moves away of the positive elektrode.Have been looking for an answer but can't find one the Internet.

Realy realy good!

Sir i cant explain hoe much u r helping me to understand every single topic…i m you fan sir…in life once i want to meet u and thank you to make my study easy😊😇😇🙏

Sir, i have a doubt. As we know the duration of one cardiac cycle is 0.8 sec. Which is broken into 0.1 sec for atrial depolarization, 0.3 sec for ventricular depolarization and 0.4 secs for joint diastole. This understanding of mine is contradicting with what you have explained in the end of the video in Durations of ECG. Considering P-R interval to be 0.2 sec long and then Q-T interval to be 0.4 sec long, the whole concept of cardiac cycle is disturbed as even the ventricular diastole has not started untill the end of Q-T segment. The ventricular diastole requires 0.4 secs. Suming up, the cardiac cycle equals to be of 1 sec which should be be equal to 0.8 sec. Kindly solve this

U r my roll model sir …lot of love from Tamilnadu 💝💝💝 … pls give me one heart sir…
31.07.2019
I know this may sound stupid but at around 25 min… why would positive charge move towards positive electrode? Should it not repel?
31.07.2019
Thank you so much Dr Najeeb. This is amazing 🙂
31.07.2019
nice
31.07.2019
Your lecture is so good that a person having basic understanding of physics vectors and depolarization will easily understand ecg , say a class 11th student
31.07.2019
Great sir
31.07.2019
Very nice lecture sir and you have give clear concept for us. Thank's a lot
31.07.2019

That joke at 1:33:20 🙂
31.07.2019
I just want to confirmed one thing that in your previous lecture ( the one which is before the break) you said that the strength of vector is identified by its tail then now you draw small tail vector again which makes me a bit confused….
31.07.2019
Maybe you may never see this …You have summarized a text book here…
31.07.2019
Thank you so much sir
31.07.2019
when depolarization or repolarization means change in potential is occuring inside the cell , is their any effect on cell by changing its polarity?
31.07.2019
Amazing lecture .clear and easy understood ..highly recommended
31.07.2019
wow best medical teacher i have ever seen
31.07.2019
Can anybody tell is this is whole lec on ECG interpretation?
31.07.2019
Why did I not come here before?
31.07.2019
Will ecg detect ECF or ICF changes ?
31.07.2019
Sir as k* is lost n ca+ is gained so net gain of 1 cation ,,, but membrane potential how remaining same??
31.07.2019
Sir why deflection is there as positive charge will neutralize the already present negative charge .so there should not be deflection
31.07.2019
TQ so much sir ..u r a great teacher ….🙏
31.07.2019
Thank u so much sir….
31.07.2019
Easily explain. I tried lots of book but I didnt understand but I watch your video and all my doubts get clear. Thank u Thank u Thank u so much sir.
