Nice video. Electric automobiles still have some ways to go correcting issues. #1) Price needs to still come down more. #2) Range needs to be increased. #3) Charging needs to be as fast as filling a fuel tank. #4) There needs to be as many places to charge as there are gas stations. #5) Cold weather battery issues need to be corrected. #6) The electrical grid needs to be modify for the increase use of electricity. Until all these issues are corrected, electric automobiles are only good for short to medium trips and fleet use for a businesses except for cold climates.

Its illegal to drive a car whose brake lights do not come on when the car is braking here in the UK irrespective of the method used to slow and stop the car so the E pedal Leafs should not be sold in the UK and i expect the rest of the EU as well.I`ve seen Telsa drivers in autonormise mode using mobile phones in their cars,this is also illegal in the UK.

Sorry to all if don't like my review video taping style. I'm a Previous LEAF owner who was invited by Nissan to see the reveal of the New LEAF. Nissan felt you would rather hear from a current owner rather than a salesman or a journalist. Sorry but this is not my profession. If you don't like the video there are plenty from journalists and car reviewers.

So what I don't like about this video is the angles are terrible. The 2nd thing is on demostration for Pro-Pilot he kept his hands on the wheel which is confusing to people who don't know. Always put your hand behind the wheel on the demostration so people can get an idea what Pro-Pilot is really doing. Just talkin is not convincing.

All the ProPilot, one pedal driving and other features are eclipsed by the pathetic 150 mile range. Because Nissan refuses to get serious about a charging network (like Tesla's), this car needs more range. They've announced a longer range version for next year but why would anyone buy this car now when the Bolt is available today with a lot more range for not a lot more money?The new Leaf looks great and the features are great but they've totally screwed the announcement with the weak range. Nissan should have taken a look at what Tesla is doing and offer the longer range model now for a better first impression.

Yeah, all that technology and the redesign is nice! HOWEVER!! The problem is Nissan still has NOT corrected the Leaf's weak point! And that is, that the charge socket is STILL located at the front of the car!! WTF??? Stats have proved 99% of slow speed accidents are nose to tail! So if a car runs into the back of the Leaf, and the Leaf hits the car in front damaging the front of the Leaf, how do you charge it? Guess what EINSTEIN, YOU CAN'T!!!

Does it drive like a car? Does it hold the road well at speed/maneuvers? Is the ride bumpy? Does it have power for take-over at speed? Is the brake linear? Is the seat comfortable for long trips? Steering feel? Rear/side visibility? Everything else is toy review, not a car review
