super nice

I noticed you never used the paddles. Is that because the 8 speed shifted so fast in Sport Mode that the paddles weren't necessary?? 😉

Very good driving… (^_^)vThe car looks like Onee-chan's IS F… (^_^)

that interior is amazing

@ fsimpro: please go ahead and take an Audi S4, an M3 and a G37……LOL. The Audi will spend 6 months in the shop, the G37 can't compete. The center tach is there because engine speed is important when you race a car, Ferrari did the same thing. You don't sound very intelligent about cars.

I just got a boner with that sound! Badass wish my 2014 IS350f sounded the same :/
06.07.2017
This ISF sounds like a fuckin beast. 🙂 I wanted you to go faster when I heard that V8 start to roar, but you always stopped in 3rd gear 🙁 lol. Nice video anyway.

Yesterday in autobahn (Deutschland) i was surprised whyeverybody was slowing down and suddenly i realised that the trees were moving heavily in all directions. Even though i tried to feel if the car is influenced by heavy wind, i didn't feel anything and i still was driving at plus 220m/h speed in total confidence. The only car who was also very fast was a BMW M5.

The last good year of the IS F before they hit it with the nerf bat.

are you kidding me…worthless. go drive a honda civic. you are a disappointment to the human race. Chances you even negotiate a standard shIFT.

+bigd78881 Irrespective of whether I have the money to fix a car or not I don't want to buy some POS that sits in the shop all the freaking time. There's a reason why a Veyron for example exists. It has the capability of doing 250MPH and doesn't have to be brought in on a trailer or prepped by a team to hit those speeds. You pay for quality and reliability. If reliability doesn't matter to someone that's fine but for a lot of people, you don't get rich by being stupid. Low reliability= low resale. Look at any Jaguar or BMW's sitting in used car lots that you would never dream of walking into. Nobody wants a used XKR despite the fact that it is an exceptional car. Personally you can tune any car to be fast. Paying such money demands that you have a car that works. Tune an engine right and a performance car will never have any issues. Take the NSX back in the day. Still one of the most reliable power plants in the market. Also your comment about quality of materials is so far off base its ridiculous. I'm a detailer on the side. I'd challenge you to detail an older Japanse car and an older German car side by side and see how the cars do. BMW is by far the worst for material longevity. The 2003 M3 shares the same switch gear with the 2010 M6 which is a $110,000 car. Ridiculous to spend that much when they're still packing in the same switches and material. Keep in mind that is what makes the experience. Without that you have a stripped down race car. Whether you like it or not reliability and logevity are huge selling points to people that don't lease cars. Some of us like to own and cherish the experience. My Acura for example has 177,000 miles so far, is 10 years old and is still driven on the track and in autocross. Can't say that about a lot of cars.

Both really nice cars. Yes Toyota/Lexus are more reliable when it comes to the mechanical aspect of things. When it comes to materials/quality and the focal point of racing, BMW dominates in comparison. Yes, it's more likely that you'll see an M3 in a repair shop vs the IS-F but the type of people who are purchasing these cars can afford the price tag and keep it up anyhow so its not really a deciding factor. Performance cars in general have less reliability becomes their made for performance

Even the highly respected german driver Tim shrik finds this a bether car to drive, than the C63 amg.

Sorry, I meant to reply to someone else about the M3 comment. Disregard. (wrong reply)

How can you disagree when you're making the same point I am. Here's a novel idea, learn to read the post you're replying to before commenting.
Again, I didn't say the cars were overpriced. I said parts / labor are. My IS350's brake pads and rotors at the dealer were a cool grand + labor, so I chose to get the parts online and do the work myself.
I can only image the ISF is much worse.
06.07.2017
Strongly disagree. Someone who is buying a car in this caliber, should not be worried about mileage, and how they will afford to keep the car out of warranty.
Also, you said both cars are overpriced……….I mean, you can't expect this to cost 20K……………
06.07.2017
+1, my friend has a 2008 ISF, not a single problem, 60K+ miles now.
