So glad I bought my Silverado. This Mercedes truck has no engine to speak of. America still builds the best trucks that blend power, performance and utility in one neat package and have years of experience and expertise. This is coming from a guy who bought nothing but German for 20 years, before I decided to switch back and I have no regrets. The ride with all seasons on this American made beauty is amazing in itself and is capable of taking me off road to places that match it's power. GM has come a long way and offer luxury and room reminiscent of the great classics. For me it's a win-win at an affordable price.

For me as a german it's sad to see that german cars become more and more american mainstream cars. Low quality, high fuel consumption, no german characteristics. It is known to everyone that german engineers produces low quality cars especially for the american and the asien marked. These cars are not compareable with our cars. It's a mess!
